I have to say I didn't know that I'd enjoy an 'industrial novel' but it is a love story.<br /><br />Teresa, I've not seen any negative reviews of North and South. It is a book that requires commitment, though - Vic lit is so long.<br /><br />Carolyn, I would like to see it dramatised now that I've read it.
